(Books not in order...Order of Phoenix before Half Blood Prince.)
Once I printed out the test pieces, I realised I was 2mm out on the measurements which is irksome but not something I can't fix.
One blinding error was in the Goblet of Fire cover, that one was completely out on the spine measurements and was closer to the half blood prince in size.
I've also decided to tweak the spines and bring the Bloomsbury logo down and closer to the bottom of the page. I'm also going to add part of the illustration on the cover to the top of the spine. I think this will give the books a more uniformed feel and will reinforce that these covers are about the characters, not necessarily the concepts.
